1) Terms of Use
1.1 Agreement
By accessing this website https://www.inrhythmhealthadvocate.com/ and our services, health coaching and advocacy, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Site or Services.
1.2 Scope of Services; Medical Disclaimer
In Rhythm Health Advocate & Coach LLC provides health advocacy, care-navigation, education, and coaching. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace the advice of a licensed medical provider. Always consult your clinician for diagnosis or treatment. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911.
1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal guardian of a minor client, to use the Services.
1.4 Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep appointments, follow safety guidance, and communicate changes in your health status. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Services.
1.5 No Provider–Patient Relationship
Use of the Site or coaching Services does not create a provider–patient relationship. Any clinical care you receive remains between you and your treating clinicians.
1.6 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
1.7 Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Site (e.g., attempt to breach security, scrape data, or post unlawful content). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
1.8 Third‑Party Services
We may link to or integrate with third‑party tools (e.g., scheduling, video, payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.
1.9 Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
1.10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.
1.11 Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of laws. Exclusive venue is Jackson County, Oregon state courts (and small claims, as applicable). If you and we agree to arbitration in writing, arbitration will occur in Oregon under AAA Consumer Rules.
1.12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Effective Date” will indicate the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

4) Telehealth / Virtual Services Consent (if applicable)
By booking a virtual session, you acknowledge and agree to:

Nature of Services. Sessions are for advocacy, education, and coaching. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Technology Risks. Video/online platforms may have security or reliability limits. We use reputable vendors and reasonable safeguards, but breaches/outages can occur.

Privacy. Choose a private location, secure your device, and avoid public Wi‑Fi when possible. We will not record sessions without your consent.

Emergency Protocols. Virtual sessions are not for emergencies. If urgent symptoms arise, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Location. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where we are permitted to offer the Services. Tell us your state/country at the start of each session if requested.

Consent. By proceeding, you provide informed consent to receive virtual Services under these conditions.
