3) Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Payments

  • We accept payments via our online processor at booking or invoice. Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice.

  • Current pricing: Free 15‑minute consult; standard sessions currently listed on the site at $80–$125 per session. Any taxes or fees will be added as required by law.

  • You authorize charges to the payment method you provide.

  • 24‑hour cancellation window: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full credit to your account or a refund (your choice).

  • Late cancellations (<24 hours): Fee of 50% of the session price, credited toward a rebook within 30 days.

  • No‑shows: Charged 100% of the session price; not refundable.

  • We may waive fees for emergencies at our discretion.

3.3 Packages/Programs

  • Programs (e.g., 8‑week coaching) may be paid in full or via installment plan (example: pay in full or 2 monthly payments). Program fees are non‑refundable once the program starts, except where required by law. Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the program period.

3.4 Refunds

  • For single sessions canceled timely (24+ hours), choose a refund to original payment method (minus processing fees if non‑recoverable) or credit to your account.

  • For digital downloads or completed sessions, refunds are not available.

3.5 Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of Services.

3.6 Promotions

Promotional pricing or coupons are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.
